WE GUARANTEE the description and general condition of our art work; because if you're not happy we're not happy. We do our best to photograph and describe every painting so you will get an accurate indication as to its condition. Because we are here to help and guide you.AUCTIONS are auctions so we don't sell on approval. It is understood however, that you can return the item within 30 days for any "heavier or more serious" faults which were not stated in the description ... However, We MUST be Notified Within 5 Days after you receive the item. The art work must be in the same condition in which it was sold; and we reserve the right to reject any item that is damaged, altered or in a condition other than that of the original purchase. Buyer must pay the return s&h including insurance for the value paid otherwise we can not be responsible for loss or damage in shipping.
PAYMENTS are expected within 10 days of the close of the auction, unless arrangements are made ahead of time. We will be happy to insure your purchase for you, otherwise we cannot be responsible for loss or damage in shipping.

If a refund is requested for reasons of authenticity, the work of art must be returned within 30 days of receiving it...the art work must be in the same condition in which it was sold along with a signed written statement from a professionally recognized and qualified authority stating that the art work is not by the hand of the artist described and named in the discription. Paintings attributed to" an artist, in the manner or style of or apres are covered by the condition guarantee only (see above). This guarantee is given to the person (including their heirs, successors and beneficiaries) who purchased the item.
