Please note: all the items I sell are authentic, which I guarantee. They are purchased from reputable and nationally-known retailers. I get bargains and pass them on to you.
IMPORTANT: I sell several brands of designer clothes, especially pants and jeans. There are no longer any viable size standards in the USA for women's clothing (especially for numbered sizes, e.g, 1, 3, 5... or 2, 4, 6... etc., as well as "waist" sizes - 26, 27, 28, 29..., etc.). Even clothes from the same manufacturer can vary in sizing. Sometimes the sizes vary in the same style due to different runs at the factories or the same styles being made at more than one factory. Therefore, please look at the approximate sizes given in the item description. Remember that waistband widths depend on the front rise of the pants/jeans, so measure for the waistband at that level (you can compare pants that you like the fit of -- measure at the level of the front rise, measured from the middle inseam). Thanks!
Methods, practices and policies
This is how we measure our clothing:
Waist is measured straight across the middle of the waistband and then doubled.
The hip measurement is at the widest point.
Rise is the front rise, measured from top of waistband to crotch seam.
Hem width is the measurement of the jeans or pants at the bottom of the leg, straight across.
Chest is measured from underarm seam to underarm seam and then doubled.
Bust is measured with the garment lying flat & unstretched, from underarm seam to underarm seam.
Length of shirts are generally measured from center of back collar to bottom back hem.
Please keep in mind that measurements are given to the best of my ability but are approximate, to some degree, since we all measure a little differently. If you need more measurements than I have provided, please be sure to email me & I will be happy to provide them!

Payment
Please pay the full amount including shipping as in the decription or the invoice sent to you, or your shipment will be delayed (I must have full payment to ship). Please supply a valid shipping address with proper box or street numbers.
USA - I accept Paypal and Money Orders. You will get an email from paypal.com, fedex.com, usps.com or from me with the tracking number for your package.
Shipping -- I am happy to offer combined shipping for multiple purchases within seven days but please wait or ask for a combined invoice so that you only make one payment through Paypal. (Shipping discount is approximately 50% for each additional item.) Please notify by email if you are making multiple purchases over multiple days. (7 day limit). The usual shipment method is Priority Mail through the post office, including Delivery Confirmation, but in some cases we will use Fedex Ground or UPS. You will receive shipping / tracking info from me, Paypal or the shipping co. Please use it before emailing me about where your package is.
Email Contact -- please contact me within 3 days of auction ending date to confirm. If no contact is made within 3 days, I will send a second notice at that time. After 7 days, I file a non-paying bidder alert and item will be relisted. If you do NOT receive an email from me, I may be having trouble getting past your spam-blocker or there is a problem with your email address or your email server. I have also had some problems with AOL rejecting emails. If you haven't heard from us or received an invoice by email, please check and contact us and we can resend info through an alternate email address.
Returns/Refunds -- I do not accept returns for items that I have described correctly. I provide detailed measurements so that we can avoid this. Refunds will be given only if an item is not as described and we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of package.
Feedback -- I do not leave feedback until we know that you have received your item and are happy with it, and I leave feedback once a week for several people at a time.
