I recently had a very disturbing experience with a seller on eBay. They purchased an item, paid for actual shipping and elected not to insure the item. When the box arrived, it had stickers on it from the USPS that "possible damage received" and the basket was damaged. Instead of contacting me, this buyer went directly to Paypal and filed a claim. Paypal has a buyer's claim policy in place now that favors the buyer's claim no matter what! That leaves sellers wide open and totally unprotected. I am shocked by this and wanted to make it known that I will no longer accept PayPal as a seller. After the buyer rec'd a full refund from Paypal they left me negative feedback. After being with eBay since 1999 this is my first negative and that is disturbing as well. As a seller you no longer have the ability to leave negative to the buyer! Very sad to say that what used to be fair and fun is no longer that way.
