Products are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery unless otherwise stated (3-5 working days after the item has been shipped). For all international orders, we ship by Royal Mail Airsure so you don't have to go through the hassle of clearing customs and lots of documentation, etc. And its rate is really a good due to our volume shipping.
Special Delivery is available at an additional charge of ￡2 per item; Please use this service if you want to receive your item(s) as fast as possible (next working day after item is shipped).

The total price of any order will only include the applicable sales taxes. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility for customers to settle.
All sales to customers in the UK will incur VAT at 17.5%. Our system will ignore entries made by customers from the UK for VAT exclusion.
Customers from EC member states are charged UK VAT at 17.5% unless you have a business registered for VAT and are able to provide proof of your country code and VAT number. Orders received from outside the EU will be automatically charged without VAT. |
