Welcome to my page! By profession I have been a registered nurse for 24 years, working in the surgical specialty. But, my creative passion truly is lampworking. Eventually I would love to become a glass artist full time. I can't begin to explain the joy I have when melting glass into tiny pieces of beautiful artwork to share. This art of glass transformation is a miracle in my eyes. I work with both soft glass (Italian, German and American)as well as hard(borosillicate)glass to create my lampwork. My husband built me the most wonderful studio in our basement, without him I don't know what I would do. This is where my imagination flows, many times losing track of time. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to share my creative outlet with you, and hopeful that I have the chance to make many new friends in this realm.
