We are a small retail and internet business that is in the first stages of start up.  We work through dropshippers so some of our products come straight from a warehouse.  Because of this most products are recieved within 3-7 business day.    The items are all new and they are shipped in the original factory box, directly from the supplier.  They have never been exposed to smoke or pets.  Almost everything sold comes with a 30 day return policy.
