Seller reserves the right to end the auction at any time whether the auction has bids or not.
The only items that can be returned are new items that happen to be defective. That item can be replaced or cost of the item refunded minus shipping and handling charges. New items that are defective can only be replaced if item is in stock. If item is not in stock, the winning bid amount will be refunded. All new items that are defective must have all packaging and related materials included with the return. If the item is found to be not defective after return, a 20% fee will be charged.
NO LOCAL PICKUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
SHIPPING:
Seller has the right to choose a different shipper regardless of what is stated in the auction. Shipping and handling charges cover the cost of shipping, boxes, labels, packaging supplies, and my time and gas to package items and delivery them to the post office or authorized UPS drop-off site. Most items are shipped out the day after I receive your payment. If for some reason, your item does not ship out within 3 days of receipt of payment, you will be notified of the delay via email. I highly recommend buyers purchase shipping insurance for auctions which do not include insurance with shipping charge. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground.
I will on occasion ship outside the US. Please ask before bidding if you are interested in an auction and you want the item to be shipped outside the country. If I agree, the shipping will be more than what is stated in the auction. Please include your shipping address when you email me about shipping outside the US. All items shipped outside North America will be shipped via USPS Global Express (EMS) with insurance.
