We take our time checking out these vehicles so that when you purchase your vehicle, it is ready for the road. All vehicles with major defects are sent back to the wholesalers who then sell them at local auctions. We have a profile to stand by and we feel this is the most important rule to our business. As the Son of an old time Auto Enthusiast, I became, very quickly, interested in Automotive Internet sales. Experimenting with many tecniques over the last few years, I feel I have finally learned what is required to run a successful internet Auto Sales business. As an Auto Enthusiast myself, I take great pride in what I do. I feel that it is hard enough to gain the trust and confidence of a customer just because I am a stranger to them. So, in my descriptions, I describe a vehicle as if I was purchasing it myself. What would I look for? What is important, and what is just the typical "Sales Pitch" that I do not want to hear. With this in mind. Every vehicle we bring into our inventory, I want my own personal appraisal. I don't want to go by the wholesalers opinion. This results in an honest description of our vehicles, which is what is most important to the buyer, and myself, the seller. An honest description mentions pros AND cons of a vehicle. Let's face reality here, we are selling USED vehicles, they are not going to be perfect, they may be close to perfect, but no used vehicle is perfect. I have other dealers ask me why would I mention a defect on a vehicle? This results in the customer coming to pick the vehicle up, and finding what I like to refer to as "surprises". The customer then becomes resentful, and feels mislead. Not good. I want you to know what you are buying BEFORE you place your bid. I want you to feel comfortable pressing that "Place Bid Now" button. An accurate, honest description along with 40+ photos for every vehicle, a custom, not a copy and paste description like most others do when listing in high volume. It may take me longer to list a vehicle then the other guys, but the more time I spend in describing a vehicle, the more comfortable you, as the customer feels to click that button, and finalize the deal with confidence. My dream is to have the most successful, widely known internet based Dealership.
