Many of our costumes are new with tags in manufacturer packaging. We purchase in bulk to pass on the lowest prices to our customers. Due to this, our manufacturer packaging may or may not included photo card inserts. If you requre the photo card inserts with your costumes, please inquire prior to purchasing, as not all manufacturers include the photo cards.
