I love vintage things. It's wonderful to find a beautiful brooch from the 40's or 50's. One of the first things that pops up into my mind is, "Just where have you been and what have you seen?". All the little imperfections to some people, are just souvenirs that piece collected along it's journey. Besides you'll most likely have something none of your friends will! Best of all you'll be going GREEN...Yes, if you buy vintage you are actually recycling!
Crocheting is an artistic outlet for me. Love the different textures and endless colors of yarn! I especially favor creating unique one of a kind hats. You'll be seeing some of my work here in the store.
It's pretty cool to work where you live. Some days the bunny slippers never come off! We're a simple family (we 3 live in 875 square feet - talk about close knit!), a non-smoking household (we'd prefer to die the old fashioned way...after a very long life), where a year old naked kitty lives under his microfiber blanket and has become Prince of the Kingdom. Naked means you will never find a stray cat hair in your package! Archie loves boxes, he may nibble on your box to send a kitty cat greeting your way. If he pops out of your box, just call & I'll send you the money to post him back home...cat owner humor there.
Enough chit chat about me...I'll explain some of my store policies to you.
PAYPAL is my preferred and only method of payment. As far as PAYMENT TERMS go I would like to get paid in a reasonable amount of time. Payment needs to be remitted no later than 3 DAYS after the auctions ending date & time. BUY IT NOW auctions are due at the time of purchase.If you've run into a little or huge problem and require more time, email me & we can work something out. They key here is to INFORM me of your situation. In this case silence is not golden, it's acidic...
Support your mail person! That's what we do. We ship USPS only, Mondays through Saturdays (No Sundays, that's my Mommy time;)) Services we offer are Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and on some auctions 1st Class Postage. Generally I will offer Priority Mail on all auctions due to the fact it gets to you in 2-3 days and delivery confirmation is included in the price. Parcel Post will be listed also, you will have to add $0.75 to the price quoted for delivery confirmation if you choose this option. 1st Class Postage with delivery confirmation will be listed on some auctions which have a very low weight. I base all shipping on weight to conserve monies for you. No per item charge here!
We ship DOMESTICALLY, within the 48 contiguous states -Hawaii & Alaska have slightly higher shipping rates please email me with your information for a direct quote to those states, and now INTERNATIONALLY. All INTERNATIONAL packages MUST be INSURED. Please email me with your information for a quote.
All FRAGILE and items worth more than $50.00 require postal insurance($2.35)to ship.
My RETURN POLICY is simple. If I made a mistake I will refund your purchase price, shipping fees, and the cost of you shipping it back to me. Upon return I will issue the refund in the form of payment you sent me.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you ever have a problem, email me & we'll work it out amicably for ourselves. If that doesn't work I got a cousin in Chicaga Heights...Naw, just a little joke to break the serious tension I felt developing for a moment.

My Return Policy -
I ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
I (the SELLER, NOT the BUYER)MADE A HUGE BOO-BOO.
In that case I, the seller, will refund purchase price, shipping cost, and shipping back to me via paypal. In other words full restitution!
The following reasons are UNACCEPTABLE (do not, will not, never, no way, adios amigos ever qualify)for a return:
1. You've decided you don't like it. You bid, it's yours darlin'.
2. It's not what I bought...that's why there are PICTURES for you to look at. (Unless I shipped you an elephant and you bought a bunny..my HUGE blunder.)
3. It's not the right color. Computer monitors can vary in color rendering, but pretty much it's the same. If you want a peticular shade of pretty posie pink don't buy off the internet, 'cause you won't get it.
4. It came too late. That's why we offer Priority Mail (2-3 days) as a shipping option. If you could've chose it & didn't then boo-hoo for you!
5. It don't fit! Measurements are listed in the listing so you should use those to determine if it will fit you. Other than that, it's your twinkie problem...not mine.
If your reason is not listed here you can email me for further clarification on the matter. I can already tell you that if it's not a seller's error, a refund is NOT going to happen.
