owned and operated business located in the
North Eastern part of PA.
Small enough to care for your every need, but yet large enough to
offer a very large selection of many differnt things.
We came from a very large family of Farmers, Welders, and some very talented crafters. Our mother could make a full course meal from just flour ???, jelly from frozen juice, and an apple pie from fresh zucchini right out of the garden. She is one of the most talented and remarkable lady I know. I’m guessing her abilities came from her mother who was a seamstress for a living. The one who taught me to cross stitch, and sew.
My fathers mother was also a super cook and wonderful crafter. She taught me to crochet. My first piece of artwork was a hat and scarf I made for my mother (at the age of 6). I still can’t believe she actually wore that variegated brown, yellow, green and white granny square hat and scarf to work… with pride, ha-ha.
There is four of us in our immediate family. Tammy being the oldest, I’m next, then Mikki, and Sam the youngest. I always said Mikki was the oldest, the most kids, makes her older…hee hee.
Tammy and I were always thought to have been twins. We’ve always been real close and more like “BEST FRIENDS” than sisters. We had our ups and downs and all those sister cat fights as we were growing up but always seemed to be there for each other. She was always the makeup queen. In our younger years she would look like a china doll. I would say she put her makeup on with a paint brush and had to sand it off…she wore that much! She had more of a collection of colors than what you would find on a shelf at Wal-Mart.
As we grew older, wiser, but never really grown up (something we’ll never do)…as that saying goes:
Growing Old is mandatory, Growing up is optional! We both enjoy making ALL NATURAL Mineral Makeup, Lotions, Soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lip Balms, and what ever else we can think of. The quality time I get to spend with my sister or BEST FRIEND, is what I enjoy the most.
We both enjoy raising parrots. From Cockatiels, Budgies, Congo’s , Timnehs, Amazons, Macaws, Ring-Necks, Plum-Heads, …just to name a few.
Tammy is a work at home mom (due to a bad car accident). She is a proud mother of Two (Paul & Crystal).
I work in at Bakery as an Interplant Shipper, soon to be bagger operator. Nothing like a fresh hot loaf of bread right out of the oven! I am a proud mother of one and =have a wonderful daughter-in-law and Grandson.
