Collector Quality Miniature Teddy Bears
A little bit about Me... Hi everyone and thanks so much for stopping by to
visit my Me Page. My name is Jenea Ivey and I live in the small, but
beautiful resort town of McCall, Idaho. I started out with my Mother
making large Teddy Bears after I had my first daughter in 1993. Like all
new Mommies, I was desperately searching for a way to stay home with my little
girl and still contribute financial to our family. This was just the
perfect solution! My Mom and I attended craft shows and gift shows
together to sell the teddy bears we had created. We really had great fun!!
This worked for a few years until my second lovable little daughter came along
and boy did things change! I think I did more untangling thread and
keeping those sweet little fingers out of trouble :o) Needless to say, I
just could not manage to keep up the pace. Since that time my Mom has
continued to make teddies and recently encouraged me to try again now that my
girls are getting a little bit older. It has been fantastic! Much
easier this time around...my girls are great helpers. They encourage me
and even come up with unique teddy ideas and fun names.
A little bit about my Teddies... In the earlier days I specialized in creating
larger teddies. But in the past several months, with the help and
encouragement of my Mom, I starting making miniature teddy bears. And...I
love it! It is so much fun to make those tiny little pieces of fabric come
to life :o) Each one of my little cubs is designed and created by me and I
really try to strive for quality and perfection. When creating my bears, I
believe in using only the finest materials available so that each one will last
for years and years to come. I love meeting new people and always welcome
