I have over 14 years of sewing experience and have work as a nurse. Like many nurses I had trouble finding afordable scrubs so I made my own. I had so many requests that I started making them for other people. A few years ago I met my husband. Now I bet you're wondering why I mention him.....well he cuts the scrub tops and covers most of the time as well as some diecuts.  He has also been known to do some of the pressing, packing and shipping at times. He can do just about anything except go near the sewing machines. Thats my job. I also have 2 boys who have been just itching to get their hands into Beary Patch. Right now they put labels on the packages.

Custom and Special Orders 

We love custom orders. We can make just about any size in adults from XS to 5X. We have even made childrens scrubs. If you need matching scrunchies or covers just let us know and we will see what we can do. Don't see a print you like? Email us.....we have 100's or prints available. So what you see is only a small fraction. Still don't have anything you like? Well then send us your fabric and we will be happy to make your tops for you. You supply the fabric and we supply everything else. We also do custom and special orders on diecuts. Please email us for quotes.

Turn around time for custom orders is about a week. This can be a few days longer depending on amount of custom orders, time of year and my health at the time since I do have a back injury that tends to flare up whens its cold or damp outside. Weather and holidays also affect turn around time so make sure you place your orders in time.
