I am a 49yr old collector with an interest in just about anything with wheels and engines.My passions are '55 to '57 Chevy trucks and post war Lionel trains.You see the first truck that I drove as a youngster,on my families farm,was my Grandpaps '57 Apache.The trains go back just about as far,Christmas as a kid was always when the trains came out! The trains I have now were my Dads and have been stored for most of the past 20yrs.,but recently I have found the time and space to start building my dream layout.I am an auction fanatic and usually spent 1 or 2 days a week at auctions,that is until work gets busy and interupts my play time.I enjoy sharing some of the deals that I get at auction with my ebay friends,I use the peices that i need,repair what is repairable and pass the rest along. I have recently gotten interested in steam engines and have aquired a couple,to start my collection.If you have an interest in steam power,keep an eye out,I just may have some steam equipment availabe in the near future.I love watching them run,hey some people like to hear running water,I just like a little more noise.I love to repair things,it relaxes me,and I started repairing things when I was about 12 yrs old.I don't do this to try to make a living,it is just a hobby to me,and I strongly believe in repairing things right,If I can't fix it and be satisfied that it works like new,I won't try to sell it to someone else!   Favorite Links  Lionel Trains Old Chevy trucks Old tractors
