As I like to consider myself a true southern gentleman... in seems only proper that I should offer you a comfy chair & a glass of iced tea to sip on whilst I bend your ear (or eyes, as it were) and let you get to know me a little better. Okay, first of all, I am a native Floridian - originally from Summerfield... I now reside in beautiful Ocala - "Horse Capital of the World". Ocala is also home to "Silver Springs Attractions"... you know, the area where the original Black & White Tarzan movies were filmed. They never did catch all those monkeys when filing stopped. Granted, that was quite sometime before I was born, but my mother told me it was true, and so of course I believe her. Incidentally, she wanted me to add that she wasn't around 'back-in-the-day' either - Mom's are just so sensitive about their age, aren't they? 'Anywho' (as my friend Dave ALWAYS says) ... My full name is ... BEAUREGARDE ALOISIUS BUBBLE-LIPS MAGOO I'm a genuine pure-blooded BOXER. Yes, I know what you're thinking...that I don't look like a boxer,right? I get that a lot...but you see,I was born lacking the usual pigment 'round my eyes & standard markings of the others in my litter & family tree. Don't be fooled though, I've the same boxer bone structure, stance and bloodline. Mom even told me that some members of my family tree have even won awards in those fancy-schmancy dog shows AND had their photographs printed in magazines. Yessiree, I'm still 'rough-and-tumble', intelligent and full of energy like most other boxers I've met... I'm just mostly pink or white where I should be sable/black and have to avoid getting too much sun . Mom figured that since I couldn't be outside under the Florida sun nearly as often as I'd like to be; chasing lizards, digging holes & whatnot...well, she would instead let me help her with her store. She'd been running it for years,way before I came along. When Mom told me I could help her with this store, I said "FINE...BUT ONLY IF I CAN PICK THE NAME".I mean 'HEY, YOU GOTTA PUT YOUR PAW DOWN SOMETIME RIGHT' !! So now I'm a white boxer puppy with a business to help run and I'm not even old enough to drive - hey, it could happen. That's okay with me though 'cuz Mom says I'm UNIQUE - her 'special little guy' and that I should never forget it. To help me remember this she even went and gave me the most unique name she could think of...maybe went a little overboard if you ask me, but I'm learning to like it.
