I like to think of myself as Becky's Bit of Everything! (Licensed name: Becky's Barnyard) I operated an ebay store from 2007 until a recent car accident in April of 2008 at which time I had to close both my ebay store & amazon store--which we re-opened January 1, 2009 - Praise God for healing and better health! I love shopping for good deals for our 8 children in our blended family, their spouses, and 11 grandchildren. I have always been a thrifty shopper, and try to set my prices, including shipping, as to what I'd be willing to pay for an item. I like my items to arrive fast, so most orders paid by noon central time ship out that same afternoon! Since my husband is retired / disabled, we volunteer in about 100 nursing and rehabilation centers in the greater Chicagoland area. A portion of the proceeds from our sales go to support our "Hear The Word" nursing home ministry. We give out free clothing, Bibles, personal items and seek to meet any needs we can.

My favorite scripture verse is St. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." I had believed in Jesus Christ my whole life, but it was at 32 years of age that someone explained to me it wasn't enough just to believe in Him, but you needed to call on Him personally. Believing in an ambulance doesn't get you rescued, CALLING 9-1-1 for the ambulance because of your belief does. The book written to the church of Rome, chapter 10, verse 13 says, "For whosoever shall CALL upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." I invite you to join me in this prayer, "Dear Jesus, I believe you are the son of God who died for me on the cross and paid the price for my sins. I believe you rose again the third day, Easter. Please save my soul, come into my heart, and be my Saviour. I trust You today, In Jesus' Name, Amen."
