Our Return Policy is as follows: I do not accept any returns on clothing or shoes unless an item has been grossly misrepresented. I try to be very honest in my listings. I wouldn't sell anything I wouldn't buy, and I certainly wouldn't tell you something looks one way if it actually looks another. I want you to be thrilled when you get your package, not upset.
I will accept exchanges for new shoes only. Please email me if you would like to exchange an item within 3 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn and unaltered, new in box. Please include $6.00 for the shipping of the new size.
