We offer fast, dependable service, a wide selection of quality products, and great pricing. If you don see specifically what you need on our website, don hesitate to ask us if we carry it or if we can get it for you. There are literally hundreds of other products not listed on our website that we can provide at rock-bottom pricing. Also, if you are already paying a lower price for the same item from another source, let us know and we will see what we can do for you. Just ask!
If you purchase multiple items at auction, we can usually consolidate shipping to reduce freight costs for you. Feel free to ask whether the items you are looking at purchasing would qualify for combined shipping rates. Generally, case quantities of an item being sold are never eligible because each case needs to be shipped separately.
Most items we sell through EBay we ship ourselves, generally via US Mail or UPS Ground. Some small, light items are shipped via USPS first class or Priority Mail if the shipping costs via those methods warrant it. We work diligently to ship all items as quickly as possible. Since we started selling on EBay, we have rarely missed same day shipping when the payment has been received on a weekday by 3pm PST. We email buyers at the time of shipping to advise them of the tracking # (if shipping via UPS) or that the item is being mailed (USPS).
