Hello!  I have been buying and selling quailty antiques and collectibles for over 30 years.  I've sold everything from junk to treasure throughout the eastern half of the United States and had a blast doing it.  I'm a homebody now.  I do still enjoy picking, selecting, choosing, call it what you like.   Since I can't meet you face-to-face like I used to, I'll tell you what you need to know, at least about me and the items I offer for sale, anyway!

I like fabric, always have.  I was taught to be a seamstress as a young girl and my mother introduced me to fabric.  When I offer anything fabric for sale, you can be sure that it is an offshoot of my own collecting or that I purchased it because I would use it.  You will not be disappointed with anything fabric that you buy from me - quality, workmanship and wear, as well as looking excellent.  You can expect this item to be what I say it is and that it will stand repeated washings and give good service through the next several years or until you are sick to death of it.

Sometimes I come across a good buy that needs mending.  I love to mend.  I'm good at it, it's like a puzzle.  Of course I hedge my bets and I never fool with anything unless it is of excellent quality and workmanship, and I am sure I can do an invisible repair that will last - ones that you will not be able to find and that will hold up during washings and wearings, but I will admit when I offer an item for sale like this.  I like to be plain speaking.

I do have cats, but I can assure you that they do not wallow in my ebay items.  You can be sure that with my passion for fabric, both pets have many luxurious places of their own.  Everything I offer has been laundered because I do not know where the original source was.  Line dried, with as little fabric softener as I can get away with, if the fabric needs it, but sheets and duvet covers do not get it.  The sheets and duvet covers I offer do not need fabric softener. I understand allergies and am confident that when you receive my goods, they will be ready to use right out of the package as though they were brand new (even better, because the sizing is washed out).

Kitchenware and dishware are also my specialties too.  I just love pottery and glass too.  I always meant to learn more about patterns, but I'm really a gardener, and if we're not talking plants, then I lose interest.  I will offer interesting things as I find them.

 My shipping costs are a pain because generally the items I offer and heavy and breakable, as opposed to linens - just heavy,  so shipping on my things just has to be.  I am confident that I can package whatever it is I offer very securely and that you will receive it intact and as I described it.

My feedback is not very high compared to some, but each of my sales was a one-of, and I am very proud and have had a very good time with this.  So, let's get going!
