First and foremost, we operate on Christian values of honesty and integrity. We started of buying, rehabbing and renting single family dwellings approximately 10 years ago. Since then, we have moved into the commercial investment arena. Through the years, we have focused on the relationship side of the business which has allowed us to build relationships with Banks, Mortgage companies etc. We are blessed to have a niche with lenders that allows us to purchase distressed real estate assets at substantial discounts. We then sell the assets with owner financing at discounts of 65% or more below the Tax Appraisal. An attorney will close all transactions. We simply do not have the time anymore to rehab and rent these assets due to our commercial investment ventures and the volume of single family houses that we are purchasing from the lending institutions. We are using Ebay as a means to sell the assets that we buy and hope that our paths will cross soon.
