Hello, My name is Ben and I am the owner and operator of Selva Sales. We started on eBay here back some 7 years ago, selling off our old products from a bike shop I used to have and decided to close. We started by selling bike parts and accessories, but also found that nice things to sell were all around us. So you will see from time to time electronics, clothing, sporting goods, and automobile accessories. If we can get a good deal and pass it on to you, then we are all for it!

Here in the last few years we have concentrated on getting you high quality new merchandise that youd normally find at high end department stores or mall stores. Policies

Hours, Phone Calls and Contacting Us We are open 24hrs a day and 7days a week for browsing and bidding. We only check our eBay messages about 1 time per day since we are busy with shipping orders and shopping our suppliers for more great deals. So we will respond to eBay messages appropriately. We do not have someone standing by to answer each email as they come in, so expect daily responses to questions, not hour by hour chat. We recieve phone calls and email inquiries 24hrs a day 7 days a week since we are online and open to the world. We may not always be available to answer the phone so the best bet for contacting us is to use the "ASK SELLER A QUESTION" link on the item your interested in. We are closed weekends and holidays, as on these days we are usually with our families and friends. We do not ship on weekends or holidays as your package will get nowhere since most shippers are closed these days as well.

Products: Due to the huge variety of products we carry and sell, condition, warranties, returns and specifics of returns are going to be listed on each items auction page.

Returns:Generally there are no returns on most products. In any case of any return, return authorization MUST be granted by Selva Sales before any retun will be accepted. Most items are offered as is and are pre tested prior to being shipped to you, any defects , flaws or quriks will be described. On new unopened warrantied items that are defective, we only offer exchanges for the first ten days after reciept of item. For an exchange of defective items, a new unit of same item will be shipped back to buyer after defective item has been recieved by Selva Sales. Return shipping is at the Buyers expense.

Shipping:Shipping prices will be listed on each items auction page. Most all items will have shipping paid for by the buyer. On some items we use a flat shipping price, but on many others we have a shipping calculator for the buyer to enter in their shipping zip code to calculate shipping price. Please understand, that shipping does cost money, if youre looking at very heavy items, shipping will be a factor to consider in making your purchase. Some items will have a slight handling charge factored into the shipping price. If we have to use extra boxes or add special padding or protective material, we must include this into our expenses, if you dont think boxes and tape are expensive, take a look at the UPS store or the Post Office, it adds up.

Tracking Your Shipped Order:Shipped items will have your tracking number listed in YOUR "My Ebay" under the "Items Won" section. If it is not listed it may be because we used a different carrier other than USPS. We will usually send you a message in the eBay message system with tracking number if its not listed in the eBay My eBay page.

International Shipping: Many of the heavy items we have up for auction doesn't have shipping to International addresses. In general, its way to expensive to be practical. But if you are not in the US and see something you like, don't hesitate to ask, if you want it and are willing to pay the shipping charges, we are more than happy to hear from you to give you a shipping quote.

General Info: Ebay is a very competitive marketplace, most sellers like ourselves are operating at a very low profit margin. We ask that all potential buyer please be considerate and honest when bidding. Please be sure of what you are bidding on when shopping. Please be sure you have decided that this is the item you want. If you are the type of person that likes to buy and return items often, eBay may not be the place to do this. But if you like to have fun, bidding and buying on line and getting the best possible prices, then eBay is the place for you! Just be sure of what you are committing to, eBay still charges sellers commission on auctions if you win an auction and then decide not to pay. Online bidding is considered a binding contract in all 50 US States.As for NON PAYING bidders or auctions that we have not received contact from the buyers, we generally don't like leaving negative feedback, usually only if the buyer leaves us negative feedback. But on abandoned auctions or items,when more than 4 weeks have passed without contact from buyer, we generally re sell the merchandise. Ebays policy is that items that have not been paid for can be resold if no contact from buyer has been over ten days.

FEEDBACK!: BEFORE leaving a negative or even a neutral feedback, PLEASE contact us with your complaint or concern. Remember, we want you to be happy with what you buy from us. We want you to come back and buy again and of course recommend your friends buy from us too! If its a reasonable request, we can possibly work it out so we both come out happy. If there was a screw up on our end we will fix it. If there was a misunderstanding, we will try to clear it up. Feedback goes both ways. If your unhappy and leave us bad feedback and you didn't try and work it out with s first, then from our prospective the transaction was a negative,,,,,So give a crack at making it pleasant for us all before dropping a bomb!
