If you feel less than comfortable leaving a five star rating in all categories please contact me, so I can improve my service. I can only improve if I know there was a problem and what the problem was.
For those of you with allergies...We are home to a non-smoking dog...many of my items are previously owned so I cannot guarantee it has not been exposed to other pets or smoke. Clothing items are laundered and ceramic, glass, etc are cleaned prior to listing. The only exception to this rule is some of the antique items where I may ruin the finish, or it’s value is in the "age"...I will usually note in the listing that an item needs a proper cleaning.
Shipping Charges: I have had some issues/problems with the shipping calculator showing outrageous shipping charges in some listings. If you think the calculator is in error please contact me threw eBay’s ask seller a question and include your zip code for an accurate shipping estimate. My apologies... I am working to fix this.
Please make sure your mailing address is correct an confirmed with eBay and PayPal. The USPS does not re-ship for free. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. I reserve the right to only ship to a confirmed address.
Communication: Please use eBay messaging for contacting me. Replying to my email address sometimes ends up in spam..causing a delay.
Shipping: Us including APO/FPO address (shipping time is longer for APO/ FPO address)
I ship promptly within 2 days of payment. (please look at top of listing/store page and make sure that I am not not away on "vacation". Window in top of listing will show the date of my return.
I Ship Monday thru Friday.
I have added international shipping to Canada (Priority Mail only) International buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. I will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"- US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
I will be using USPS Priority Mail (Delivery confirmation number) will be put on every package. I also use Media mail for media only
items ....and on occasion I will offer multiple shipping services if the cost is prohibitive with priority mail. USPS Priority mail not only charges based on weight, and distance... but also has a fee for over sized items.
Please notice Media mail shipping times are MUCH longer than for Priority Mail....if a media item is traveling across the country it may take 15+ days shipping time.
***Insurance is not include in shipping charges...it is optional...(unless an item is fragile or over $50.00 and then I insist on insurance.) The post office can be very hard on some items. I encourage Insurance...I am not responsible for lost stolen or broken items. If you need help filling an insurance claim I am more than willing to help..If item arrives broken it is very important that you keep the box and all packing material...they will be needed for insurance claim.
(Insurance is always avaliable, if you did not see it in the listing, leave a message and it will be added.) Ebay is currently making this option unavailable ?? ??
Payment: Any problems with payment, late or otherwise, please contact me and we can make arrangements. Regarding a late payment, if you fail to respond after 7 days , it will be handed over to eBay for dispute resolution.
Returns: Please contact me before returning items. Returned items Need to be returned in same condition they were sent Tags/Packaging needs to be intact. Buyer is responsible for shipping. If I have made an error.... I've sent the wrong size, or item... please let me know and I will take care of it..in those cases the buyer is not responsible for return shipping. For Returns or cancelled orders for any reason... I have to open an unpaid item case with eBay so that my listing and sales fees are refunded..the buyer needs to respond to the message from eBay. It does not count as a strike against your account..if you respond to the unpaid item reminder. Any questions about this please go to the Resolution Center.
