Antique to Collectable Dolls, Teddy Bears, Toys, Books and Decorative Arts - just to name a few that come from our store... chasehomestead. 

  We provide a variety of items from the unique to the interesting.  Put it in your favorites and check back often for recently added inventory. 

Communication is the key, as is Customer Service.  Email us with your questions.  We are honest in our dealings.  We ship within 2-3 business days and work with our customers to complete a successful transaction.  

Our store will feature many items that have been in auction, as well as, clothing and household goods.  With the holidays will come many antique, vintage and collectables including teddy bears, wax dolls, snow babies and unique items, not previously placed in our store.  If you are seeking a specific item which we have available to place in inventory in the store or on auction, we will do so, but the process is time consuming so we will be glad to notify you as to when it is placed.

If you missed bidding on an item or you no longer see it in the store, feel free to ask if it is still available.  We will get back as soon as possible.  If it is still available, we will return it to the store for purchase.

The Misses - A little more mature

We love to sell our items!  We unfortunately purchased most of them as collectors which makes it difficult to start them off at auction at very low prices as some do who have pulled them out of the attic.  But.... we will start the prices very reasonably for the value of the item and many times below what we paid for them many years ago.  Please take the opportunity to view these items and check back time to time.

Shipping is based on weight of the item and type of shipping you are requesting plus $1.00 packaging and handling charge.  Combined shipping will have a handling / packaging cost of $2.00 for the entire combined shipping regardless of how many items are being shipped together, is available at actual shipping cost for any additional items purchased in the event that the items can safely combined.  We will notify you if items can't be combined and why.

At times we are not able to get back with you immediately but will make every attempt to answer your questions, as quickly as we have the opportunity to do so.

We are not experts nor intend to present that we know everything about items listed but will make every attempt to provide an accurate representation of the item being offered. By the nature of technology available years ago, items may have, when new, factory flaws, bubbles, and inconsistencies, ect. Antiques and collectables often fall into the catagory of being used and can be easily marred (some call it character) by the ravages of time such as normal wear to surfaces, flecks in the glaze, rubs and barely visible scratches. If easily evident, the flaw will be pointed out in written word and / or visually by photograph. Because we are not experts, please take the opportunity to ask any clarifying questions before you place a bid.  Sales are final except in the rare instance that the item is clearly not as described. If a return is warranted, the item must be sent back as received prior to receipt of payment in same manner sent.

Insurance is required.  Items are only returnable if not as described. Please notify me within 2 days of receipt and return within 7 days of receipt. If it is lost or damaged, I will assist you as needed to file the claim.   chasehomestead
