Best Buy Properties is a continuation of Imagine Development Group, Ltd., a long time seller of investment property on Ebay. Our history on Ebay goes back to March, 2000. We have sold hundreds of low cost houses and lots during this time to investors worldwide. Best Buy Properties, Inc., is an Ohio Corporation with offices in Chillicothe, Ohio and Gulfport, Mississippi. The company's President is Scott Burton, a retired real estate attorney with over 20 years experience in real estate. 

     Buying real estate online can be scary. Buying something "sight unseen" is something that many conventional realtors will frown upon. Yet, we have had HUNDREDS of satisfied customers. Why? Because our properties generally sell for 50-80% LESS than what realtors will sell the same properties for. We do not have to pay a commission, and we handle all of our paperwork in-house to save you money.  Our staff is constantly searching the United States for bank foreclosures, tax foreclosures and other sources of distressed properties.  The bank's loss is your gain, as we pass these savings directly on to you. 

      Most of our improved properties need renovation.  We describe properties as accurately as we can based on information supplied to us by the institutions that we buy from. Since we have not seen many of the properties that we sell, we (and you, the buyer) need to rely on the photos that we have, as well as the description. Bear in mind, however, that all properties are sold "as is, where is," meaning that if there is an unidentified or unknown problem, this does not entitle you to a refund.  Sometimes we have no informatioon on such things as plumbing or electrical issues, as most properties are vacant and these services are not connected at the time we purchase them.

     We are one of the few sellers of real estate on Ebay that start our auctions at $1.00 with no reserve and no minimum.  We let you decide the price in a true auction sale. We encourage all prospective buyers to perform due dilligence on any property they may consider purchasing. Please feel free to ask lots of questions and do not bid unless you are comfortable following through with your purchase. Real estate auctions cost more than $100 just to list!   Usually the closing process takes 2 weeks. However, in some instances with foreclosed properties, please be prepared to wait 10-30 days to receive your recorded deed in the mail.
