| Hi. I am so pleased that you decided to learn more about me. I run my own store in a flea market on weekends as well as run my eBay business through the week. This makes it possible for me to be close and available to my four beautiful kids. I have been a successful powerseller on eBay for 9 years, and see myself still here in another 9!!! |
| My goal is is to treat others the way they treat me, which I hope is respectful and equal. I am very honest in answering questions, so don't be afraid to ask. I stand behind all my products and offer a guarantee against manufacturer defects. Most of my items come direct from the manufacturer so I am able to offer affordable prices. I am only human and can (and do) make mistakes. Please let me know if I do, I try my best not to mess up, but if I do, I will work fast to fix any problem that I can control. On that same note, I know you can make mistakes too, so if you make one, let me know asap so we can work to fix it before shipping of the item. Also, please respect the work I have put into my auctions by reading all the terms and conditions. Most if not all problems that occur with eBay transactions, can be avoided by reading the description and terms. After all, that is why they are there. :)
| Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items I sell, if you mistakenly purchase the wrong size or style, it is important to contact me before you pay for the item. Once it is shipped, I can't do much at that point so please ask for assistance before buying. I try to provide adequate information in the descriptions and on my store page - Cup Styles and Definitions - so that you will be able to make an informative decision. If you are still unsure – contact me – I have lots of experience and would rather help you now than have you purchase something you can’t use. We all work hard for our money and it should be used and spent wisely! I have most certainly learned that with four children! |
| You may ask- "How and where do these items I sell come from?" I purchase my items wholesale in large quanities direct from the manufacturer or a representative of the manufacturer. I sell only new items. Some have tags and some may not. Some manufacturers remove all labels and tags before liquidating their stock. This is done to prevent return to the store for full price. Stock that is liquidated in this fashion has been handled many times in order to have the labels removed, inventory, division of product and then shipping. In this process – since the items are handled several times, damages may and do occur. I do my best to inspect each item, but in the hustle I may miss something, if so let me know.

| Feedback is an optional part of eBay (although it is a very important part). If you choose not to exchange feedback (due to privacy), I want you to know upfront that I respect your decision and agree to your privacy. Simply don't leave feedback for me and I won't leave for you and then you are to be sure that there will be no comments left on your side with reference to the item you purchased. If you choose to participate in feedback, my system will reciprocate feedback immediately after it has posted to my account. This way, only those that wish to receive comments get them. Everyone is happy!
