| My motto is to treat others the way I would expect to be treated. If I am asked a question about an item and if I don’t think its what you are looking for – then I’ll tell you the truth. I won’t lie just to make a sale. I stand behind all my products and offer a guarantee against manufacturer defects. If by chance I send you the wrong item, rest assured ,I will send the shipping materials to have that returned - you will not pay shipping cost back to me! If I don't have the correct item, I will send you a full refund.
| Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items I sell, if a mistake is made in size or style I can't do much at that point so please ask for assistance before buying. I try to provide adequate information in the descriptions and on my store page - Cup Styles and Definitions - so that you will be able to make an informative decision. If you are still unsure – contact me – I have lots of experience and would rather help you now than have you purchase something you can’t use. We all work hard for our money and it should be used and spent wisely! I have most certainly learned that with four children! |
| You may ask- "How and where do these items I sell come from?" I purchase my items wholesale from the manufacturer or a representative of the manufacturer. I sell only new items. Some have tags and some may not. Some manufacturers remove all labels and tags before liquidating their stock. This is done to prevent mark-up of the items as well as to prevent return to the store for full price. Stock that is liquidated in this fashion has been handled many times in order to have the labels removed, inventory, division of product and then shipping. In this process – the items are handled several times and damages from the handling can occur. I do my best to inspect each item, but in the hustle I may miss something, if so let me know.

If you choose not to exchange feedback (due to privacy) please know upfront that I respect your decision and agree to your privacy. Simply don't leave feedback for me and that way there will be no comments left on your side with reference to the item you purchased.
