SHIPPING INFO:

• All items are shipped with Tracking and received within 7-10 business days.

• Personalized items will take 3-5 days longer to process. 

• Please make sure if you are having customized engraving done to include that in your time frame.

• Please note that we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

• Physical addresses only.

• All shipments being sent to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged accordingly.

• Items are shipped from USA.

• Items will be shipped as promptly as possible.

• We are not responsible for shipping duties or taxes associated with shipping.

Terms of Service:

• By purchasing an item you are agreeing to this return policy.

• We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping.

• Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to company.

• You may return an item for refund or replacement within 7  days of receiving date.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• All returns must be in same condition as received. Orders must be returned in full.

• Please contact us to receive authorization for a return.

• Returns will not be honored if item is not authorized.

• You will be asked the reason for return and given further instructions.

• We are not responsible for damage due to shipping, lost or misdirected returns

• Buyers are 100% responsible for shipping and contact info. 

• A refund will be issued only when the correct return process has been completed.

• No returns on personalized items. - Ex. Engraving

• If your personalized is incorrect please contact us, you will qualify for a refund.

• Engraving Work: Please make sure at time of payment to give us your correct spelling of names and choice of font.

• You will be asked to identify the problem,  please don't say you sent an email with correction / after order submitted.

• We do not accept partial returns for unused favors, bubbles, or any bulk order. Items may be returned due to manufactures defect.
