How much is shipping? |
We charge a
non-negotiable flat-rate shipping and handling which is prominently
shown on each eBay listing. Unlike other
sellers, we will ship as soon as we possibly can at no additional
charge. (Other sellers, especially big corporations, will ship
after 3-5 days from payment unless you pay an additional and hefty "rush
shipping" charge! We recommend looking at a seller's feedback
to
verify if they do care about their customers and they do ship as
fast as we do.) |

How long will it take to receive my order? |
We will ship within two business days, so if you're in the USA you will receive your order within 4 to 8 days after payment. If you're outside of the USA, it may take up to 9 weeks because of delays within your country (especially due to your Customs office, which may also assess VAT and other taxes on your order). If you're outside of the USA, by purchasing from us, you understand and agree that we're not resposinble for postal delays within your own country, and you agree to wait at least 9 weeks before filing a non-received package claim for a re-shipment. |

How is combined shipping calculated? |
If you purchase more
than one of the very same item, then the above will apply. If you
purchase different items from us, then the shipping charge that
applies to the first item will be the one corresponding to the item
that ships for the highest amount, and every other item will ship at
its corresponding additional-item shipping charge. |

How do I purchase multiple items from you and pay it all together? |
Simply browse through
our eBay store and click on the "Buy It Now" button to purchase each
of the items you desire. After purchasing the last item, click on
the "Pay Now" button to proceed with your payment (or notice to pay
with a Money Order) and all the items should appear under a single
payment automatically, with discounted shipping (see above) as well. |

What credit cards or
payment methods do you accept? |
We securely
accept major credit cards via PayPal. Please click on the
"Pay Now" button after your purchase(s). We also accept Money
Orders, but statistically a very high percentage of people who
promise to send a Money Order will not do so (for one reason or
another). We recommend using PayPal. Please be advised that even if you decide to
send a Money Order instead, you will still need to check out by
clicking on the "Pay Now" button, as we may otherwise
think that you no longer want the item and automatically give you an
Unpaid Item Strike (which my prevent you from purchasing other goods
from other eBay sellers who automatically block out users with
unpaid item strikes). |

Do you accept credit
cards directly? |
We usually do not
accept credit cards directly unless a Credit Application for a
Corporate Account is on file and approved. If we accept your credit
card payment, either directly or through PayPal, by purchasing our
products you agree not to file a chargeback with the Credit Card
company for any reason, as credit card companies may not objectively
produce the right chargeback outcome. Should you file a chargeback,
you agree to appear in person in the court of our choice in Houston,
Texas, to personally explain to the Judge why you took such action,
and, should the Judge decide in our favor, you agree to pay all
attorney and court fees, chargeback fees, loss of (our) productivity
costs, and damages for defamatory/derogatory/false claims made on
your chargeback statement, if any, along with any other compensation
in our favor as assessed by the presiding Judge. |

How can
your prices be so low? |
Two
reasons: We have purchasing power. The more we buy, the less we pay,
and we pass those savings right to you. We are also direct importers
and we save quite a bit by "skipping the middleman." |

What
kind of warranty do you offer? |
Unless otherwise
stated in the ad, for brand new merchandise you will have seven
days from receipt to return it to us if defective (DOA). Simply contact us
via email or call us at our toll-free number to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Notice that given the nature
of eBay sales no refunds are offered, only exchanges. Also
notice that we will not accept packages without a clearly written
RMA number of the outside of the box. After this initial 7-day
period, should you have a problem with the merchandise we sent you, please
contact us for simple instructions on how to obtain a repair or
replacement from the original manufacturer for the warranty period of
ONE YEAR (or 90 days for batteries). In other words, do not worry, you can buy with
confidence from us!
If you purchase a
data cable or a data kit from us, it will be a final
sale, and you declare to have read, understood, and agreed upon all

long as bi-directional communication between your PC and your
phone is established thanks to our data cable, you agree that you
will be satisfied with your purchase). We will only

What is
your feedback policy? |
We believe that
feedback should be exchanged only after you, our customer, are 100%
satisfied. If you're not 100% satisfied, please contact us to work
out an immediate resolution. If you are indeed 100% satisfied with
the quality and service you received, please leave us positive
feedback so that we will know that you are 100% satisfied and
immediately return your positive feedback. We recommend prudence and
good judgment in leaving feedback, because as per eBay policies,
"Members could be held legally responsible for damages to a member's
reputation if a court were to find that the remarks constitute libel
or defamation. Under federal law (the Communications Decency Act),
because eBay does not censor feedback or investigate it for
accuracy, eBay is not legally responsible for the remarks that
members post, even if those remarks are defamatory. However, this
law does not protect the person who leaves the feedback from

By purchasing from us, you agree that the jurisdiction in case of a
legal claim, in which you are either the defendant or plaintiff, is
Houston, Texas, USA. Because some of our competitors may use
negative, defamatory feedback to try to damage our company, we will
take anyone who leaves false feedback to court for the maximum
possible damages as allowed by the
Communications
Decency Act
and other applicable laws, as per the above eBay policy. |

Do you offer
technical support on your products? |
We do offer technical support to
customers in good standing as long as they fully collaborate with our technical
staff. We will do our very best to help you resolve any technical issue you may
have (but please understand that some computer proficiency is required to
install some of our products). The vast majority of eBay sellers do not offer
any technical support, thus we kindly ask that you understand what great
effort it is for us to offer such service while selling at very low prices. for
this reason, if we find that your message to us contains abusive, offensive,
rude, threatening, all-capitalized, ironic, disrespectful, blasphemous,
irreverent, or impertinent language, we will cease to assist you and forward
your message to our attorney for possible legal actions against you. We do
understand that you may have had some bad experiences buying from the internet,
but we are serious professionals that stand out from the crowd. Rest
assured that no bad seller on eBay could have more than 98% positive feedback,
and ours is very close to 100%. Our products are fully working,
top-quality, and tested, as testified by our customers every day. |
