Betsy, the farm dog and Norman, her brother rule the Farm.  Actually, Betsy rules and we ALL obey. Betsy and Norman are very smart and talented dogs because they sell dog toys and dog accessories. Betsy recently reorganized the company and gave herself a promotion. She is now Chief Officer of the WHOLE Thing (COOOTWT) and Norman, who likes to help himself to inventory, is the Vice President of Inventory Control. Their mom and dad are their loyal assistants. Betsy, loves answering eMail?we think that she is digging herself a new office and plans to have her own computer network soon.

SHIPPING ?

We want you to get your order really fast. Mom normally ships orders within 48 hours (usually 24 hours) after we receive your payment. Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday, on the weekend we help dad with projects by keeping track of his work gloves. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-

Countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from the United States. UPS may charge brokerage fees.  We do not cover these costs. PLEASE do not ask mom to falsify any information on the customs form, we need our mom and do not want her in jail. If a mistake is made on a Canadian order it will be remedied with a refund. Re-shipments will be at the buyer's expense. Insurance is not included in our shipping and handling charges, please contact us for additional charges if you would like us to insure your package. Please make sure that the items you are purchasing are allowed to be shipped into your country (especially food items). We are not responsible for packages that Customs seizes. Unfortunately, we can not track your package once we take it to the post office; therefore, the package is your responsibility once we take it to the post office.

GUARANTEE -

All of the items we sell are new; however, we do not manufacture them. Therefore we can not personally guarantee how they will stand up to your dog s chewing style. However, several of our manufactures do have guarantees and we will give you the information on how to receive a replacement or refund, if they offer one.

QUALITY NEW PRODUCT -

All items in our store are approved by us - BETSY and NORMAN; however, you will get a fresh new toy or item. (We promise not to slobber on yours.) Because we do not make these items, we only approve them. PLEASE watch your dog with their new toys to make sure they are safe for them!

RETURN POLICY -

All products are returnable as long as they are in NEW condition and returned within 30 days. We will even pay the shipping both ways if we did not describe the item correctly. (If not, you will pay the shipping costs).

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT COMES -

Make sure you got what you ordered! Our mom is old and is far from perfect. If there are any problems then mom did them. So email mom right away and she will fix it faster than you can say "Betsy leave that toy alone!" or "Norman be nice to your sister!"
