We have 2 goals: Your complete satisfaction and to make your transaction as easy and fun as possible.
We start all our auctions at a penny with no reserve! We do not do this to compete with other sellers....we like to see our customers get a good deal and feel like they've gotten a good deal.
Its always like Christmas here! We never know what we will be getting in or when. Almost all of our items are auctioned in sets of twos.
As per our agreement with eBay, we cannot and do not sell directly to customers.
We welcome new eBayers....you do not have to email us before you bid.
Please remember...."Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase." Payment Information:

We accept PAYPAL only. In order for your correct shipping information to get into our system, you must fill out our Andale checkout. When the auction ends, just scroll down the auction page until you see the bright yellow Andale Checkout button and click to complete checkout.

If you have a shipping address other than your confirmed Paypal address, please make sure that you indicate the correct shipping address in the Andale instructions for seller. Otherwise, it will cause a delay in shipping.

Payment should be received within 3 days from the closing date of auction! We understand that this is not always possible or that unforeseen things happen that we can't control, but you have to let us know and keep us updated! We will work with you as much as we can as long as you work with us! As a last resort, a non-paying bidders notice will be issued for late payers. We really hate to do this & we will make every attempt to contact you before we do this. If you know you are not going to be able to pay within the 3 day period, please email us at bestmakeupbuy@yahoo.com.

Shipping & Handling

We ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight and at our discretion.

Items are shipped within 24-48 hours from payment date, except for holidays.

We ship USA only, including all US Territories...and we will proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses!

Because we start our auctions at a penny, we cannot offer a shipping & handling discount on multi items. The S & H is clearly stated on each auction so that you know before you bid what it will be. If you want us to respect your winning bid price of a penny, then please respect our shipping and handling charges.

Please email us at bestmakeupbuy@yahoo.com with any questions or concerns you may have. We will promptly respond to any emails during regular business hours Monday thru Friday. We are closed Saturday & Sunday and are unavailable to answer emails those days. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.

If you make an error in your bid or change your mind after you have bid and its on the weekend, you can retract your own bid. Click on the Site Map found at the top of any page. Scroll down until you see Buying Resources in the left hand column and click on Bid Retractions. Follow the simple directions. You will need the auction number to complete the retraction.

Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. All Sales are Final.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to read the auction page carefully before you make the decision to bid. It is our responsibility as the seller to give you as accurate and detailed information as possible to help with that decision. Unfortunately, mistakes do occasionally happen. We never intentionally misrepresent our products, but we are human. In the event that we do make an error, we will do all that we can to remedy the problem so that you leave the transaction happy.
