1) I ship my products out immediately to my customers by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail (with very few exceptions).

2) You'll pay what it actually costs me for materials and postage. I do not treat it as another way to profit from customers like many online sellers do.

3) If you bid on my items, I expect you to pay promptly just like you would with a brick and mortar business.

4) I communicate with every buyer and expect the same in return.

5) I guarantee your product will arrive in a timely manner and will be exactly as described in the auction.

If there is a problem please notify us immediately. I do not play games, you will get what you paid for and I expect positive feedback when it arrives. Once you fulfill your obligations, you will receive positive feedback.
