BestPriceAudioVideo.com is a privately owned and operated electronics retailer, located in Avon, Ohio (just west of Cleveland). We have been selling consumer electronics to the public since 1982 and have since expanded our operations to our web site, BestPriceAudioVideo.com.
Our customers rave about us because we are honest and up front, we don't care to pressure anyone into a sale, we sell fantastic products at fantastic prices, and we don't gouge anyone with inflated shipping or handling charges to make money off of them behind the scenes. We have the products customers want, the accessories to make those products easier or more fun to use, and the service you deserve, all for the best price. |

- What We Sell
- We only sell USA Retail Products
- Items listed will always tell you whether they are new, or whether
other conditions apply, such as "open box" items.
- Most open box items are covered under our 30 day exchange policy
- Because we're Authorized Dealers for everything we sell, you can
be confident in purchasing any product from us.
- We sell a variety of electronics for
a number of leading electronics manufacturer's.
This selection includes home audio and video equipment,
mobile electronics, photo equipment, GPS units, accessories, gaming, bluetooth, phones and more.
As an authorized dealer for all of the manufacturers'
we retail for, you can trust that everything we sell
is a USA retail market good with a full warranty from
the manufacturer. All of the items on our
web site are Brand New, in regular retail condition
just as you would expect to find them in any of the
larger Brick-and-Mortar Retail establishments.

 Refurbished products have been sent back to the manufacturer
for some reason, unknown to us. Most often,
we find that this is due to retailer overstock, box
damage during shipping, or cosmetic defect.
Other possibilities could include: customer return,
product recall by the manufacturer, etc. All
refurbished goods have been remanufactured to "like-new"
condition by the manufacturer (JVC, Panasonic, etc.).
Each is then sealed in the factory refurbished box,
by the manufacturer, including all manuals and regularly
included accessories, and are sold as refurbished,
generally at a lower price.
All refurbished items are warranted. The manufacturer
gives each refurbished item a warranty, usually shorter
than what they assign to brand new models. Warranty
terms are stated in each eBay listing.
In general, we have found that these units look and
run just like new. In fact, many of the refurbished
products we sell are difficult to identify as indeed
refurbished.
 All "Open Box" and "Refurbished"
products have been tested and are in working condition
before the item is available for sale. All sales of
products sold as Open Box or Refurbished are final.
Such products will not be accepted for replacement
or refund.

- Return Information

| Returning Defective Merchandise:
We will replace or issue a full refund - less shipping
costs - on any defective merchandise purchased from
BestPriceAudioVideo.com within 30 days of the purchase
date. If product is available to exchange the defective
item, we will re-ship. If no replacement can be made,
a full refund will be issued, less shipping.

Exchanging Defective Merchandise:
Customers are welcome to exchange defective merchandise
for another product we sell, within 30 days of the
purchase date. Value of item being returned
for exchange is limited to the purchase price of the
defective item(s) only. (shipping charges are
not credited towards any exchange, as they are non-refundable).

Returning Non-defective Merchandise:
We will issue a full refund - less shipping costs
- for non-defective merchandise where the product's
packaging is yet unopened, within 14 days of the purchase
date. If the product's package has been opened,
we will charge a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase
price of the item.

Exchanging Non-defective Merchandise:
Customers are welcome to exchange any non-defective
merchandise for another product we sell, within 14
days of the purchase date. Value of item being
returned for exchange is limited to the purchase price
of the item(s) being returned. (Shipping charges
are not credited towards any exchange, as they are
non-refundable.) If the merchandise has been opened,
a 15% restocking fee will apply on the purchase price
of the item(s) being returned. Unopened items
are not subject to the restocking fee.

For All Returns:
All returns must be pre-arranged through our customer
service department, either by contacting us through eBay,
or by calling us directly at (800) 982-8273.
When pre-arranging your return/exchange, you will
be assigned a Return Authorization Number (RA) which
will be used to manage the return, exchange, or credit
of your sale. Returned merchandise will not
be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable on any purchase
from BestPriceAudioVideo.com. Buyer is responsible
for shipping all merchandise back to our location
for returns or exchanges. BestPriceAudioVideo.com
is responsible for shipping any replacement merchandise
to the buyer via standard ground shipping.

We only process and ship orders to
the US. We cannot process or ship items
outside of the US.

Customers - You must provide a valid shipping address, ie. for most
items, we need a physical address to ship to since we mostly use UPS. If
we're shipping via USPS, a PO Box can be used.
We will only ship to a U.S. Confirmed and Verified Paypal address. There are no
exceptions. A valid phone number must also be provided. If this
information is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order after 7
days. We strive to ship orders out same or next day - so please provide
this information when placing your order.
All shipping prices are listed clearly on the eBay auction
list page. All shipping prices include the cost of
insurance, and all packages sent from BestPriceAudioVideo.com
are insured. When requesting express service,
please call us at 800-982-8273 to ensure that your order
is shipped on time.
We generally take 1 business day to process and
ship UPS orders. What this means is if you order an item in the evening
hours during a weekday (M-T), it will ship out next day. If you order on
the weekend, it will ship Monday. Express orders placed by noon EST
are generally shipped the same day, assuming credit card
information verifies. If you give us your correct,
full e-mail address, you will receive email notification
of both your order's confirmation and shipping confirmation
(complete with tracking number).

outside the United States. We will not respond to questions which ask if

Please note that the standard for all shipping companies
is NOT to deliver on Saturdays.

- After The Auction

If you are the high bidder, we will contact you within
hours of the close of the auction. We will do so by e-mailing
you at the e-mail address registered with eBay. This e-mail
will confirm the final total amount due, as well as give
you all instructions for making payment on your auction
item. Presently, we can only send these confirmations out
during business hours (Monday - Friday).
Generally, the easiest way to make payment on our
auctions is to call us directly at (800) 982-8273. We also
encourage you to call us or
e-mail us for
any questions or concerns you might have regarding your
order, the auction details, or information about any of
the items we sell. We would be happy to answer any questions
you might have.
After you have made payment on one of our auctions, you
will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order,
and also a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking
information for your item(s) so that you can track them
to you.
We ship all orders within a maximum of 2 business days
after receiving payment, in order to get your order to you
quickly.
All successfully completed auctions (auctions for which
we receive payment) will result in the high bidder receiving
the appropriate positive feedback. Generally, this occurs
within a maximum of one week following the item's date of
delivery. |
