1. How often do you ship ?
We ship your merchandise daily excluding
weekends and holidays. We are not using drop shipment company. We sell
the merchandise available in our warehouse so waiting time is a lot less
and hassle free then other sellers can offer
2. How long does it take to
receive the merchandise ?
For items, mice, headphones, PS2
Accessories, WebCams, USB Flash Disks, PC Memory, shipped via USPS First
Class/Priority that takes between 2-5 business days. For items,
Speakers, keyboard, wireless combo, Notebook Bags, we use either
FEDEX/UPS Ground Service which takes between 2-7 Business Days. Not
matter what shipping method is used, we will e-mail you tracking number.
3. Is Insurance included ?
For items, mice, headphones, PS2
Accessories, WebCams, USB Flash Disks, PC Memory insurance is not
included however for items Speakers, keyboard, wireless combo, insurance
is already included.
4. Can I combine my shipment to save
from shipping fee ?
Absolutely, we offer great discount on
shipping fees. Once you have completed auctions, please notify us that
you have completed auctions and waiting for invoice with combined
shipment. We will calculate total shipping fee and send you only one

5. Who covers the warranty on the
merchandise?
COMSIS COMPUTER LLC is directly
responsible for the warranty period. So, if merchandise you purchased quits working due to manafacturer fault, we will replace it with a new one, however buyer is responsible to return the product back to us and we are responsible to send him/her a new very same product. We won't ask you to deal with manufacturer, we will be your direct contact. This shows how confident we are in Frisby products. Even, most famous brand strores can not offer 1 year warranty, they will ask you to contact with manufacturer directly.
6. I have not received neither my
merchandise nor tracking #, What am I going to do ?
Tracking numbers usually go through
shipping companies website, so in case, if you did not receive the tracking
# (AOL users especially are facing e-mail problems), please contact us,
and we will check the shipping status and let you know when you should
expect the package. Please keep in mind that, the items shipped through postal service can not be tracked since USPS offers only delivery of confirmation # not a tracking #.
7. I received the item and it is not
what I expeced, what am I going to do ?
We try our best to be as accurate as
possible in our descriptions, however no matter how hard we try,
everybuyer has different expectations, especially on audio systems, thus, customer service plays an
important role. If item is not what you expected, then please don't
get upset, contact us, we will be glad to help you to solve the problem.

8. I received the item and it is not
working, what am I going to do ?
If item is not working, it could happen
due to some reasons which can be catagorized as

Most common problems
with mulfunction merchandise is related with bad handling by shipping
companies. Most items shipped through FEDEX are insured, so please contact us and we will
file a claim. Claims usually resolved within 5-7 business days, and
once a claim resolved, we can either issue you full refund or ship you
a new merchandise. Items shipped via post office are not insured, so we highly recommend buying insurance however it is optional.

Merhandise could be
defective, so we offer at least 1 year warranty for items we sell, we
will be happy to exchange it for you. Buyer is responsible to ship the
defective merchandise back to us and we will be paying shipping fee to
return a new merchandise back to buyer. However, if buyer requests a
refund rather than an exchange, buyer is still responsible to return
the merchandise back to us and we will issue buyer a refund exluding
shipping fee paid for the merchandise.

Problem could also be
related with wrong connections, computer related problems etc. So, our
best recommendation is to try the merchandise in a different computer

9. How come
your prices are so cheap, Is there something wrong with merchandise ?
All items, we sell are
brand new, not refurbished, not used unless stated otherwise. All our
items comes with sealed original manufacturing box, so buy it with
confidence. We are a wholesaler and thus we offer our great wholesale
price to our retail customers. Most retailers double the price once they get
the merchandise from wholesalers, we avoid that by distributing our
products to end users directly. Thus our prices are very competitive.
10. I never
heard FRISBY Brand, is it reliable ?
COMSIS Computer's trade
mark " FRISBY " is a brand name formed in 1996. Frisby Products are
introduced to European market in 1999. After a big sucess of
quality Frisby products in the European Market, COMSIS Computer took a
further action and introduced FRISBY to USA Market in year 2002. We
intend to stay in the business for a long time, thus we care quality,
comptetive pricing, and customer service. Frisby is not much different
then any other well known brand names, but why pay too much for a brand
name if you can get same merchandise with a lot cheaper ?
