• Large items are shipped by Common Freight carriers. We ship using Watkins, Averite, Overnite, Yellow Freight, Red Star,and a few others.
• Delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks. We will provide you with the Pro number and the Freight companies Toll-Free numbers once we have the information.
• Freight companies require a contact number to schedule delivery. Please send your telephone number with your shipping information, failure to do so will result in delayed shipping. We can't process orders without your contact number.
• We only deliver to the lower 48 states, please no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
• Delivery is to residential curbside-a person(s) must be present to sign and help unload the item off the truck. The freight company will call you and schedule an appointment to deliver. Please include a PHONE NUMBER with your shipping information for the delivery. You may notice some wear and tear on the swing set cartons, this is normal due to the size and weight of the cartons
• Items are not available for pickup.

• Please note if this item is a gift: This item will ship in the manufacturer's original packaging, which may reveal the contents inside. You may want to have it delivered to your work place, relatives, or a neighbor's.

• All swing set sales are non-refundable (Final Sales)
• All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days. Freight charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, it is the customers responsibility to return product in original boxes, with packing materials. You must pay the freight charges for returning the product.
