Hi.  I specialize in authentic new and used Coach Handbags, Briefcases and Accessories.  I also carry Chloe, Dooney & Bourke and other brands from time to time.  Occasionally, I offer other merchandise for sale.

I have over 200 items in stock and often have multiples of certain styles of new and used bags, briefcases and accessories.  You will get the item in the photographs in the listing.  I change my photos for each duplicate item unless the item is New With Tags and an exact duplicate.  I have been an ebay buyer and seller for quite some time.

I describe my items as accurately as I can.  That may mean a few "negative" sounding things in descriptions, but I try to truly represent the item I am selling.  Some of the items I sell are previously owned.  I clean and condition Coach Products with Coach Conditioner and Cleaner.  I do not use any other products on my handbags.  Some items that have been previously owned may have been conditioned with other products by previous owners.  I state, in my listing, if I am aware a product has been dyed or conditioned with non-Coach Products.

  If something is listed as "Coach" or any other brand name, I guarantee its authenticity with a money back guarantee.  I do not provide receipts or gift receipt with my items.

My home is smoke free.  I occasionally sell bags that have been owned by a smoker.  I specify if an item has a smoke odor in my auctions. 

I have 3 Labrador Retrievers.  My bags are kept in my ebay office on shelves or in a climate controlled storage unit, but I cannot guarantee your item will be dander and fur free.  A dog hair or 2 are bound to get on an item during packaging.

I am an active member on the Clothing and the Handbag Discussion Boards, reading them and posting on them for quite some time under my buyer name.  I pay particular attention to the Handbag Authentication people.  They are very trustworthy.

I currently accept PayPal as per ebay Terms of Service.

I ship daily.  Cleared payments by PayPal are shipped either that day or the next business day, depending on whether I have notified the postman to pick up packages.

Payments for Best Offer are due within 24 hours of acceptance unless prior arrangements have been made.

I have 18 years of law enforcement background.  Honesty and Integrity are part of my character.  I report non-paying bidders.  A bid is a binding agreement.

If you have any questions about feedback sellers have left for me, feel free to ask.  Feedback left for sellers is the only way a buyer has to know if a seller is reputable and if their listings are accurate.

I also restrict my auctions to US and Canadian Customers.  If you are an International Bidder and would like a special exemption so you can bid on my item, please contact me.  I will review your feedback and will consider opening bidding to International Bidders on a case by case basis.  If I add you to the exemption list, it is with the understanding that postage will be based on the actual postage.  If you are on my exemption list, please don't pay until I send an actual invoice.

For International sales, including Canada, I enclose a copy of the first page of the ebay listing to indicate the price paid for the item.  I do not mark items as gifts.  Bidders are responsible for all customs fees.

Buyers, I did not raise my prices!  I have incorporated the insurance cost into the cost of the item. 

EBay Feedback - Please leave me 5 stars on all my ratings.  I ship same day or next day (I cannot open the post office nor can I control how long it take for the post office to get your item to you).  I charge the actual shipping fee and no handling fee.  Your star ratings affect the fees I pay to ebay and have a direct effect on my pricing.

Returns - I only take returns for gross misrepresentation or items proven to be unauthentic.  I do not take returns for size.  Please read my listings carefully and ask before you buy.  Items with tyvek bands must have the tyvek band intact if I allow a return.  Item must be smoke free when returned.

I weigh and package each item as it is listed.  I determine the shipping method based upon the box.  If I use a Priority Mail Box, Priority Mail is the method of shipping.  Otherwise, if I am using a plain box, you have your choice of Parcel Post, Priority Mail or Express Mail (and in some cases First Class Mail).

I prefer not to ship parcel post to Alaska and Hawaii as it takes 5-6 weeks.

I have a limited amount of gift boxes.  I do not ship my items in gift boxes unless specified in the listing.  Gift boxes make the box larger and heavier, increasing shipping costs.  If you want an item gift boxed, please let me know and I will let you know the shipping cost.

Please note that Coach is changing the way they market and manufacture bags.  They are reducing production.  We all will be seeing less full priced bags being transferred to the factory outlet stores.  They are making their bags out of different leathers and fabrics too.  I may not be buying as much Coach in the future.  If you see something you like, buy it while it's still available!  Keep up with the news on The Purse Forum.

The Dooney Factory Store in my area removes the price tags when the bags are purchased.  If you see a Dooney in my store listed as NWOT that means the factory store took off the price tag.  I have no idea why they do that but the bag will be new.
