I would like to give you some brief history into starting of MacUnwired and also a look into the future of the business. In June 2006, my boss of four years called me into his office to help fix his computer (a Compaq running Windows XP). After re-loading the OS, I thought that I should demo an Apple computer for him. I purchased two G3 Powermacs and demoed the way they could help with productivity. My boss liked the idea and bought the whole set-up from me! I enjoyed working on the project so much, I decided to open up my own business, which I based mainly on ebay sales. So, at the age of 19 I had started a small internet based business named acUnwired Now, after two years, my ebay feedback rating includes over 700 positive feedback... I do not have 1 negative feedback in all of my feedback! I have been able to keep up this rating by dealing with customers in a fair way. I have sold apple products to people all over the world including Europe, Egypt, Canada, Philippines, China, Chili, etc! I have also built relationships with some great suppliers that keep my inventory constantly changing/expanding! Currently, I offer mostly used equipment. My products have all been tested and are working perfectly. I have a 30 day return policy which covers any problems with the product due to a manufacturing problem. I do not cover drops, spills, fire, etc. In the future I hope to also build a knowledge base that is accessible to all my customers. Here people would find helpful tutorials, forums, downloads, etc. In the future I also hope to offer instructions for the upgrading of Apple products.
