Due to the fact that we are a manufacturing firm, we offer free resizing on all applicable items, we will gold plate our sterling silver items for free on most items upon request, we will also replate your gold plated products if they have faded over time, and we will replace CZ stones that may have fallen out (please read our FAQ page for more detail).
