In the begining Mr. Hoff operated his business out of his home, making all deliveries himself. Eighteen month years later, A Better Laser Service relocated to the South Harbor Business Center, located at 1414 KeyHighway in Baltimore, Maryland, In May 1994 the business was incorperated in the state of Maryland, RGH moved its current location in September 1998 occupying 6,000 Sq. Feet,  In Febuary 2000 RGH became HUBzone certified. In April 2000 the company became both SBA 8 (a) and SDB certified with the federal government. RGH sells business to business a wide range of office supplies at discount prices. Such supplies include toner, stationary products, office machines and related supplies, office furniture, audiovisual equipment and accessories, writing instrumens, and janitorial supplies. Specializing in quality remanufactured toner cartridges and Laser Printer repair and maintenance, RGH is a Hewlett Packard Authorized reseller and service partner. RGH is also engaged in the sales of accessories, supplies, new, refurbished, and used laser printers. Today the company resides in a 12,000 Square foot facility located in the Raleigh building at 1100 Wicomico St. Baltimore, Maryland 21230.
