The Beverage Factory is a family owned business founded in 1997 and based in San Diego, California. We are a leading online supplier of draft beer equipment, kegerators, wine refrigerators, water dispensers and other beverage appliances. Payment Method
We accept Ebay Payments Paypal, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. You can pay through Ebay's checkout process or call us toll free at 1-800-710-9939.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all transactions where the Buyer's Billing Address and Shipment Address are in the State of California. The Sales Tax rate will be determined by the County and Tax District in which the Buyer resides.

No Sales Tax is applied to purchases made outside the State of California.

Sales Tax will not apply on items that are intended for resale. Buyer must provide adequate proof of intent to resell purchased items as well as a California Seller's Permit to qualify for a Sales Tax Exemption.

Return Policy
BeverageFactory allows for returns within the first 30 days of receipt of the item. Buyer can request a replacement item or a refund. All items can be returned provided they meet the following conditions:

• BeverageFactory must Authorize all items for return. Contact us immediately to receive a Return Authorization.
• Item must be in original packaging and unused.
• The item must be damaged or defective.
• The item shipped was not the item on the Sales Order.

Return Procedure
Save all packaging materials. Do not use items being returned. To return your item, you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization from one of our customer service representatives.

For larger items that ship via Common Carrier, BeverageFactory will make assist in shipping arrangements.

Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your order at any time provided the order has not been shipped. If the item has not been shipped and the Buyer's order is cancelled, Buyer will receive a full refund paid by check. Credit Card refunds will incur a 5% of the total, refund fee.

If the item has been shipped and the shipment rejected by the Buyer, BeverageFactory will charge a 15% restocking fee on any cancelled orders and will refund the total amount of the sale less orginal shipping charges and return shipping charges.

Shipping
Currently, unless otherwise requested, all shipping is done via UPS Ground and/or Common Carrier. UPS Shipping fees are based on a minimum rate by product or product category. Minimum fees are based on product size and weight. Total shipping fees will be calculated by quantity of units ordered mulitiplied by the fee for that item. UPS Special Service rates are available and must be quoted separately. Please call us for UPS Special Service.

Items shipped via Common Carrier will have a flat rate shipping charge applied to that item. Multiple orders of these items will be the flat rate multiplied by the quantity. All shipments made via Common Carrier are for curb-side service only. Use of a lift-gate or inside delivery service will carry additional charges. When receiving shipments from Common Carrier it is recommended the Buyer have two people to help receive and move the item. Please contact us for special service deliveries.

No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. BeverageFactory is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, mechanical failures, typographical and/or transcribing errors, and others factors beyond our control.

Damaged Shipments
Please read and understand this section. Damaged shipments do occur. All shipments must be thoroughly inspected for any sign of damage before signing the carrier's freight bill. The driver is required to wait during your inspection. For all shipments, the packaging should be saved in good order in case a return needs to be made. The freight company prior to issuing a return must inspect damaged freight.

• Visible Damage
  If there is Visible Damage or you feel there may be Concealed Damage to the packaging, carefully unpack and inspect the contents of the shipment prior to signing the freight bill. The driver must wait. If the contents are damaged, you should reject the shipment. If the contents are not damaged you should accept the shipment, but you should still make a note on the freight bill that the packaging was damaged.

• Concealed Damage
  If damage is Concealed and you did not make a note on the Freight Bill, you have 48 hrs. to report that damage to BeverageFactory. Damaged items will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the Buyer.

For shipments that have been rejected by the buyer, BeverageFactory will ship a replacement within 24hrs or refund the Buyers money. All replacement shipments will be shipped standard economy service. Special or expedited shipping service of replacement items will be performed at the expense of the Buyer. Shipments that have been accepted by the Buyer, but have Concealed Damage will be remedied as soon as possible. This process will take longer. Replacement items will be shipped when damaged freight is inspected and accepted by the freight company.
