I am not just an importer. I personally select each item I feature on eBay directly from skilled Brazilian artisans who sell the carvings from their workshops or from their homes when I am fortunate enough to be able to make a trip to Brazil. These carvings are not the typical exports you see that are purchased at tourist marketplaces. By purchasing directly from my favorite artisans, I am able to select only the best examples of this beautiful artisan tradition and offer them to you. Each carving has an individual finish, handcrafted from solid natural wood, so some changes may occur in the largest pieces that I sell, such as very fine cracking if you live in a hot, dry climate. Although they are similar in appearance, no two are exactly alike as you would expect from a fine, handcrafted item. All items are new and never used.
