BHFO offers brand new designer apparel and footwear from major manufacturers and upscale department stores at a fraction of retail. We work directly with some of the largest retailers in the world to bring you the name brands that are famous for their quality and style. We guarantee all items are authentic or your money back!

The products we offer were previously available for sale in a catalogue or retail environment. Some may possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple mark-downs. All of our items come directly from actual manufacturers and retailers warehouses and are guaranteed 100% authentic.

In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show signs of further handling. Examples of minor flaws that may not be noted are seam separation, surface dirt/makeup that will come out when washed or dry cleaned, loose threads, beads, embroidery and very small snags/ runs. Due to the nature of our business and the liquidation prices we offer, we will not offer refunds for these minor flaws. However, if an item has a major flaw, it will be noted clearly in the description. Missing beads/embellishments will be noted if it does NOT come with extra. We guarantee if an item has a major flaw that is not noted you may return the item for a full refund.

business hours. BHFO will gladly offer returns for all items for STORE CREDIT! Items must be returned within 14 days
purchase in original, unused condition. You will receive a Promo Code for store credit good for 1 year for the cost
of the merchandise less all shipping costs.

We sell many department store brands and all brands fit differently. For more specific info on sizing we encourage you
to visit the manufacturer's website before purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide
specific measurements or answer specific questions regarding our items. Since our prices are SO LOW, if it doesn't fit
you, it will probably fit someone you know so you can donate or resell it and still feel great about your purchase. Or, you
now have the great option to return unwanted items for store credit toward another purchase!

BHFO PROCEDURES (Within the US)

• New – BHFO now offers customers the choice of shipping options through our new Shipping Calculator.
For weight-based, cost-effective shipping rates, please utilize our calculator!
• USA Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
• Express delivery is available for expedited shipping.
• We ship via U.S. Postal Service to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs.
• All Domestic shipments come with a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. We will send you this number
automatically via e-mail once your package ships.
• Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received the day AFTER payment clears. We ship
Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Your shipment will typically leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days from
when your payment clears.
• Standard Flat Rate Shipping - If this method is chosen instead of the calculated rates, it typically takes 5-14 days for
delivery from the payment date and will ship via the courier of our choosing. We cannot adhere to courier requests if
this method is selected.
• For US residents who do not live in the contiguous 48 states, please note that our Standard Flat Rate service and our
calculated Economy Ground service may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

BHFO INTERNATIONAL PROCEDURES
(Outside the US)

• New – BHFO now offers customers the choice of shipping options through our new Shipping Calculator.
• International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail.
Standard Flat Rate shipping is not guaranteed to come with tracking ability; please choose one of our tracked services
from the Shipping Calculator to guarantee tracking.
• Express delivery is also an option. If you choose this method your order will be expedited. It will include a
tracking number and it is automatically insured for up to $100. Additional insurance is not available. All orders valued
at $500 or greater must be shipped via Express International. Any order over $150 must be shipped via a guaranteed
tracking service (any service other than our Standard Flat Rate).
• Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received the day AFTER payment clears. We ship
Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Your shipment will typically leave our warehouse within 4 business days from when
your payment clears. If an order is delayed for any reason you will be contacted.
• Canada shipments take an average of 3-4 weeks for delivery due to customs. Choose the Express Shipment option
for faster movement through customs.
• All duties, taxes and fees are due by the buyer (COD) upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for observing all customs
rules and regulations and BHFO is not responsible for packages held by customs.

International Buyers – Please Note:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
