About Me and what I offer eBay Customers:   I have operated this business since February of 2000 and stock a huge inventory of Police/Fire/EMS Emergency/Commercial Vehicle products, accessories, lighting and sound equipment.  My products are all brand-new in the original packaging unless otherwise noted, and I also specialize in NOS, (New-Old-Stock), hard-to-find obsolete parts and accessories for refurbishing enthusiasts.  I have many parts manuals and diagrams to reference these items and buyers may consult with me for any technical information required.  My product lines include Federal Signal, SHO-ME/Able2, Southern Vehicle Products, Tomar, Whelen and more.  I am am authorized Dealer for Federal Signal products, and I can special-order any of their product line with a two-week lead time.  I also work directly with purchasing professionals from agencies like Police and Fire Municipalities and offer special payment arrangements, (subject to approval), on an as-needed basis.  My items offer great value to the user at a fraction of the MSRP cost, and my buyers always receive quality merchandise for their dollar.  My motto is on sell it if you wouldn want to use it yourselfand lways treat people with respect  Other sellers are usually offering used equipment pulled from auctioned emergency vehicles that have thousands of use-hours, are missing critical parts or manuals and have a limited life expectancy.  My feedback speaks for itself at 99.8% Positive, (you can't please everybody), but the majority of my customers are quite satisfied and I continue to strive for excellence!   I always leave positive feedback for smoothly transacted sales but for the small percentage of the eBay community that refuses to communicate with me after an unpaid item purchase can expect to receive an unpaid item strike against their account as well as negative feedback from me and I will virgously pursue these bad bidders and buyers via eBay's dispute resolution and litigation process!  I pride myself for communicating well with buyers making friends on eBay!    About My Shipping Policies and Practices:   All items are accurately advertised and always packed with care to insure safe delivery, (I haven't had a broken item yet!), and I ship every Tuesday.  I usually use USPS Priority Mail for most items, with tracking numbers sent via the PayPal option.  ETA is 3-5 business days.  Larger and more expensive items shipped within the US continental 48 states go by UPS Ground Service with tracking numbers sent via the PayPal option, as well.  All Worldwide shipments outside the US continental 48 states ship via USPS International Priority Mail Service with tracking numbers sent via the PayPal option, ETA is 6-10 Days. I charge a Minimum $15.00 Surcharge on all International Sales due to the extra work involved with these shipments.  You'll find my prices are worth it unless of course you like paying nearly double the cost for new items!  I welcome emails from you if you have any questions or special requests on hard to find items or parts like lighting lenses/ filters, bulbs, cables, or electronic sound amplification and speakers.
