1. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order? In stock items ship within 2-4 working days. IF YOUR AUCTION STATES PREORDER ITEM, it will ship within 2 weeks. Orders go out first class mail from Ohio. If you need your item quicker or have a pressing event date please email us to make special arrangements. Please note that the postal service does not guarantee delivery time on first class packages. Though normally they do not take long to get to their destination I am not responsible for delivery time once an item has left my hands.
2. What is a Preorder Item? This means that although we noramlly keep this item in stock, we could be out of stock and that it could take up to 2 weeks for us to get the product back in to ship out to you~ If you cannot wait DO NOT BID!
3. What Forms of Payment Do You Accept? We accept Paypal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please be aware if you pay by personal check your order will be held for up to 14 days for your check to clear before your order will be shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. I am in a hurry for my order will you ship before you receive my payment? No we will not, under any circumstances. We will NOT ship any orders without payment.
5. My Order was Damaged When I Received it, What Do I do Now? I want to make this VERY CLEAR. We do not replace or refund ANY item if you did not purchase insurance. All of our items are shipped well enough to reach you and if handled properly by the postal service should reach their destination without harm.
6. Should I Purchase Insurance? Yes - please take this very seriously. We do NOT replace or refund any item that is not insured. If you do not agree with this then DO NOT BID!
7. My item came after my event I want a refund. Sorry but we ship within the time frame that we advertise 2-4 working days on instock items and within 2 weeks on preorder items. I WILL NOT REFUND for ANY item that was not received in time for an event if we shipped within our advertised time frame. If you have a pressing event contact us FIRST to make special arrangements. BUT DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND just because your item did not make it to you in time. I do not run nor operate the postal service and cannot control how long an order takes to get to you once it leaves our hands.
8. PERSONAL CHECK WRITERS. If you write us a check and your check bounces, we will require a 25.00 fee to cover bank charges. Take this VERY seriously because if you do not repay us the money you owe us plus the fee we wll prosecute. Writing bad checks is a federal offense and I can go through our City Attorney and press charges at no cost to me, and I will do so. You will be responsible for all the fees you owe me PLUS any court costs.
9. Please Do Not Click The Buy It Now Button If You Do Not Intend To Pay. Read the auction and select buy it now carefully and put the quantity that you want in carefully. If you make a mistake this is not our fault and we do expect for you to pay for your item. Ebay charges us fees everytime someone purchases an item from us and if you do not pay then I still have to pay those fees. I have no problem filing Non Paying Bidder Complaints.
10. Feedback Ebay does our feedback for us. Once you receive your item and you are happy please leave a positive feedback for us and ebay will automatically send one back to your profile. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us first before leaving Neutral or Negative feedback, we will work with you to figure out a solution. There is no need to leave this kind of feedback as we work with all of our customers. If you leave a Neutral or Negative we will return the favor with a Negative because you decided not to communicate with us over the situation.
11. Do You Combine Shipping? Yes we are happy to combine shipping on all orders. Most items can be combined with others, however there are a few exceptions, please email us if you have any questions. YOU CAN FIND SHIPPING COSTS AND COMBINED SHIPPING COSTS AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR AUCTION UNDER SHIPPING INFORMATION!  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT - WE ONLY COMBINE SHIPPING ON ORDERS THAT ARE PAID FOR IN 1 (thats one) payment. I WILL NOT accept payments that are made using combined shipping rates and more then one payment has been made! Your payment will be refunded and you will be expected to repay according to our auction terms. thanks
12. How Do I Get One Invoice With Combined Shipping? My Shipping Is Not Right What Do I Do? Use buy it now on all your items, but do not pay, once you are done email us and let us know you are finished purchasing and we will send you one invoice with combined shipping. Ebay does not combine shipping properly on our items so please email us for this information BEFORE you pay.
13. How Do I Contact You? You can email us at cfewell@excite.com or you can call our offices at 937-475-6741, please note we are a warehouse and very busy gettig orders out for other customers, so please do not call unless it is important. If your question can be answered by email or on this about me page please do not call.
14. Delivery Confirmation. We ship out over 200 packages a day, I cannot send emails to everyone to let them know that their package has been shipped. We ship within the advertised time frame please see #1. Do not email us to ask when your package was shipped as we will just refer you to this about me page. If it has been an unusual amount of time since you ordered your item please email us and we will try to help, but do not email us after 3 days and ask when your package was shipped and when you will get it. We ship within 2-4 working days and items go out first class mail from Ohio. I do not know when you will receive your item because the postal service does not guarantee delivery and I have no control over a package once it leaves our hands.
15. Tracking. Please note items that go out first class mail and are less then 3/4 of an inch thick cannot have tracking put on them. This is POSTAL REGULATIONS not mine. Contact your local post office or check out their website for this informaiton. Do not file a dispute against us or complain because there is not tracking. We do not put tracking on a package UNLESS YOU PAY FOR TRACKING AND SEND YOUR PACKAGE PRIORITY MAIL OR UPS GROUND. No exceptions.

I am terribly sorry for all of these rules and regulations regarding our auctions. It just seems that some ebayers use NO common sense and these are the ones who have forced us to be so strict.
