Cleveland Ohio 'On The Mighty Cuyahoga'

The picture below was taken in on August 25th 2000 . This heading is due South up the Cuyahoga River (taken from me on my seadoo). This is the Flats area of Cleveland with wonderful clubs and nightlife. On the right is Shooters and "The Powerhouse" which is an original old electric generating station converted to an entertainment and dining area. If you make it to Cleveland you must visit the "flats" Especially one of the micro brewerys, or the harbor inn with it's famous 150 different beers available. The rock and roll hall of fame and the new Browns Stadium is left of the picture out of view, and Jacobs field,(home of the Cleveland Indians) or the Jake as we call it is up the river a bit in front of me. Cleveland is an interesting city. In the 1930's Home of the Huppmobile auto, Cletrac tractor, and now with two of the most prestegious medical centers; The Cleveland Clinic foundation and University Hospitals of Cleveland. There are open air markets that open year round. Clevleand Has wonderful ethnic pockets for great dinning, and is a diverse cultural area

My Stuff and Buying From ME

I need to sell off all of the items that I have collected over the years or items I cannot use anymore. I mean like how many toasters can one guy use anyway ! I really want everone to know that I started e-bay as a BUYER and I do still buy items that I want and need on bay. My perspective as a buyer offers me great insight as a seller. It is simple buiusness I treat my customers the way I like to be treated. Please DO NOT bid if you do not want to buy. It's not the sale that I need; it's that the back bidder may really want or need the item. Please Read my adds carfully!! I try to describe all items as best as possible. If you have a question you can always e-mail me and ask. I ship most small items with fixed shipping via piority mail. Larger items ground UPS. UPS is good because it makes tracking a package possible. I also take great pride in packing items properly. If you have ever tried to make and insurance claim from UPS or post office you will be sadly dissapointed. There is no excuse for poor packaging. So if my fixed shipping seems a buck or so more than the shipping cost it is to cover a superb packaging job. I will not leave NEG FB for anyone!! And I don't expect you to leave any for me. We can always resolve issues. remember to ask. If you do not complete a purchase in 30days I will request an e-bay refund though. If you have to many refunds from items you do not buy e-bay will suspend you from future bidding. I also open the bidding on new and like new items at approx one quarter of what the price is to buy new. Thats a pretty good deal.
