I do not charge any handling or Packaging fee's, all shipping cost's are the actual cost charged to me by the United States Postal Service.
Up until January 8th of 2005 I had been able to maintain a feedback rating of 100% positive.
The change in that perfect rating is due to an ignorant woman that uses the member name of "Mdobsonart" !
I usually contact bidders with low feedback scores to inform them that I will not sell to them, But I bent my rules and sold to her anyways. And this is the thanks that I get!
A warning to all members:, watch out for "mdobsonart", she is an ignorant witch, do not sell to her! she will try to screw you as she did to me!
She has made a false accustion that an item was not genuine. She then posted a slanderous remark on my feedback page after rejecting my offer to take the item back. I had several people contact me for a second chance offer for the same item.
I offered to refund the purchase price with my subsequent selling fee's subtracted from the total, to be refunded when the item was received by me & examined by the original owner to determine that the piece was not damaged in any way and in fact it was the item that I originally sent. Other than that isolated instance of "Mdobsonart" posting a negative, I would like to thank all of the honest members that have made purchases from me in the past.
I will continue to sell authentic jewelry from Patricia Locke until the owner of the collection has depleted the pieces that she would like to share with the rest of the world. Some of the pieces that are offered are "one of a kind" made to coordinate with formal wear. The previous owner of these pieces had known Patricia Locke personally. These special pieces will most likely not be recognized by so-called experts, but anyone with a brain can see the common traits of all of Patricia's work.
