Honest, trustworthy, expect same from fellow Ebayers. If i buy something from you i expect delivery within 5/7 days !  If not , send a notice why not ! I know things happen. Keep your customers happy and they will give you a good rating . Communication is the key to settling any problems quickly. Do not ignore me or i will bite you back i promise.  

Sending a notice its shipped when all you did was notifiy your shipper to pick up your package is not shipping. It can take 3 days to pick up package, Then 3/4 days delivery time . Don't blow smoke up me and expect me to fall for it. I've been in business for over 40 yrs. I've heard most of it allready.

Just be honest with me and you can allways count on me doing same  here.
