- The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 3 days from the end of the auction. Auctions not completed within this time may be cancelled at the discretion of the seller as they may be deemed unwanted items. Cancellation of listing fees may apply.
- All payments made payable direct to 'Bigshop Internet Services'.
- All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-7 days). No weekend or after hours deliveries are available.
- Bigshop Internet Services is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- All shipping fees include shipping insurance that is valid for 24hours after delivery. All goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. If shipping or handling damage is evident you are within your rights to refuse to sign for the goods. Damage must be reported to the Bigshop Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receiving the goods to claim on this insurance.
- Where possible, all goods must be tested upon receipt and faulty goods must be reported to the Bigshop Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- Please note, BIGshop Direct is unable to refund shipping or associated freight costs.
- We will not refund or accept returns for items where the buyer has simply changed his/her mind.
