satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept returns for exchange
within 14 days after your order is received.
No refunds are given on Ebay
merchandise due to the nature of the auction format.
Exchanged items must be in
their original condition, not worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the
return shipping.
A $2.00 handling fee is
required for any exchanged merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned
order, we will send you a Paypal money request for a $2.00 fee prior to
reshipping the order.
Please reference the original Ebay item
number with the return along with the item # and or size of your new
selection. You may trade it for any item with the same opening bid
amount. If the item you select has a higher opening bid amount, we will
bill you for the difference through Paypal.
In the event that the
original item is unavailable for replacement, you will be asked to select
another item. If we feel that the return policy is being abused we
reserve the right to refuse any exchange. |
