My Ten Pet Peeves About Ebayers1. People who profit from their postage fees. 2. People whose sales are final, asking you to trust images that could be altered with any basic photo software. 3. Images that take minutes to load. 4. Uncropped images where 90 percent shows a dirty rug and the item for sale is barely visible or blurry. 5. Sellers who steal images and/or descriptions from other sellers. 6. Pages with annoying animated images of dogs, waving flags, chugging trains, marching bands . . . 7. One-sentence descriptions followed by three paragraphs of warnings for non-paying bidders. 8. Sellers whose rules contradict Ebay policy, such as requiring payment within 24 hours of winning an auction. 9. Buyers who contact you after they win an auction and try to negotiate the price lower. 10. Listings peppered with misspellings and grammatical errors.
