The Auction is over, What do I do next?
At the end of the auction, if you are done
purchasing, simply click on the PAY NOW button located on the top of
the auction page. You will also receive payment instructions on a
daily basis with links to pay using: Pay Pal. You may
also send money directly through Pay Pal to:
customerservice@acbtrader.com. If you are still purchasing, you will
receive an invoice after each item you purchased. Once you are done
purchasing, simply click on the Pay Now Button on your invoice.

When is my
payment expected?
We expect to receive your payment within 3
days of electronic payment. On the
11th day if the payment is not received our system automatically files
a Non-payee form with EBay. The item also may no longer be available
for you.

Why do I keep receiving payment reminders?
You will start receiving automated
generated payment reminders e-mails 3 days after the end of the
auction and every day thereafter. After that, if payment is not
received within 10 days we will file a non-payee bidder form with
EBay.

How do I make one single payment for multiple auctions?
First of all you must wait to win all your
auctions. Then wait for us to send you a combined invoice. If you do
not receive a combined invoice, e-mail us at:
questions@acbtrader.com or use the eBay question form . Then
log on EBay and go to the auction page of any of the items you have
won. Click on the PAY NOW button, and all your items should be
combined there.

When will my
item be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within 48 up to
72 Business Hours (Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm EST) upon receipt of your
payment to your CONFIRMED Pay Pal address. You will receive a Shipping
Notification 24 business hours thereafter. Shipments are normally
delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

shipping method do you use?
UPS Ground and USPS. Which one we use is dependent on the size and weight of the package.

Do you ship to APO
Addresses?
Any item that can be shipped with USPS we can ship to an APO/FPO however you will need to contact us by
email for the correct shipping amount. Any item that is too large, such as strollers, can not be shipped to these addresses.

Do
you ship outside the Continental United States?
Yes, however, you will need to contact us by
email for the correct shipping quote before you buy the item.

If item is damaged we will work with you to either get you replacement parts or partially refund you for the damage. We will work with you until you the customer are satisfied. Also, large items such as strollers going over any large body of water will be at least $200.00USD. We have no control over the cost of shipping and give quotes of actual shipping costs. Any item that ships UPS will also have duty and brokerage fees.

How long do you
take to answer my emails?
Please allow us up to 48 BUSINESS HOURS to
reply to your e-mail. We will try our best to replay ASAP though. We
also highly recommend you to use the good old fashioned way by calling
us Toll Free at 1-800-401-9013 during our regular business hours from
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST.

What is your
refund policy?
We will gladly refund non-used items in
the original packaging as you received it. You must contact our
customer service Toll Free at 1-800-401-9013 and request a refund within
3 days upon receipt of the item. We will refund you the bidding price
paid less shipping & handling charges. You will be responsible for
shipping fees to return the item to us.

What should I do if I received a wrong/or defective item?
Our products follow high standards of
quality and all our items are double checked before shipped, so more
than likely we will rarely experience such situations, however if it
occurs, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt
of the item Toll Free at 1-800-401-9013 for return information. Once we receive the
defective/wrong item we will ship you a new item free of charge. (This does not apply to interntional customers. Please see above under the question "Do you ship outside of the US?" for more information.) In
case you received a wrong item that you may like, you can always keep
the item and purchase again your original item free of shipping
charges.

When will
you leave me feedback?
Feedback is posted once the transaction is
completed. In other words, once you have received your item and left
us a positive feedback. If you have any problems with your item, or if
you do not feel fully satisfied, please read our Refund Policy and we
encourage you to contact us. Because we have a very open and fair
policy we do not see a reason for a negative feedback. If you can not
wait for your e-mail to be answered (it may take up to 48 Business
Hours), Please call us Toll Free at 1-800-401-9013 . If you may decide to leave us a negative
feedback we will no longer proceed on your case. Our final policy is:
