Thank you for visiting my ebay store! The photos I sell in my ebay store are from my collection of ORIGINAL VINTAGE PHOTOS from a Chicago news magazine where one of my relatives worked from the mid-1920s until 1933. All the photos I sell have been stored in our family home since 1933 when the newspaper went out of business, so you can be assured they are authentic. Press photographs were used to illustrate newspaper publicity stories, so they often have surface wear and markings consistent with their role as working photos. The wear and markings are indicators of the photos' authenticity as vintage collectibles that should only appreciate in value. I try my best to be complete as possible in my description of these photos, so that winning buyers will never be disappointed by the new addition to their collections. I inherited not only this great group of photos, but a love and appreciation of the entertainment and art subjects they picture. My hope is that these photos find new homes with collectors who will enjoy them as much as I have.
